In response to the announcement of the Customs Administration of Taiwan's Ministry of Finance, starting from January 16, 2019, before overseas parcels enter Taiwan, the recipient should first complete the real-name authentication to facilitate the delivery of the parcel.
 
We recommend that customers first download the designated real-name authentication app "EZ WAY" on their mobile phones and complete the registration of personal identity information. At the same time, please ensure that the complete Chinese name is filled in when placing an order, so as to facilitate the subsequent customs clearance process for real-name authentication steps.
 
Please note that after Taiwan customers place an order, if the recipient is an individual, the courier company will follow the relevant regulations of Taiwan Customs and may ask the recipient to provide the "recipient's tax ID" (that is, the ID number) so that the courier company can Successfully completed customs clearance and delivery.
